Return & Refund Policy

Drone Sales & Services

​

1. Sales of Drones & Hardware

All drone sales are considered final once the product has been activated, flown, registered, or used.

  • New, unopened drones may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (timeframe can be adjusted) for a refund, subject to approval.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and unactivated

    • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

    • Free of damage or wear

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Activated, Used, or Registered Drones

Drones that have been:

  • Activated

  • Registered with the manufacturer or FAA

  • Flown or used in any capacity

are not eligible for return or refund.

Manufacturer warranties apply to defects or malfunctions and must be handled through the manufacturer or authorized service channels.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a drone or accessory arrives defective or damaged:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Supporting documentation (photos, videos, serial numbers) may be required

  • We will assist in determining whether the issue qualifies for replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty service

Damage caused by misuse, crashes, environmental conditions, or improper operation is not covered under returns or refunds.

4. Accessories & Parts

Accessories, batteries, and parts may be eligible for return only if:

  • They are unopened and unused

  • Returned within the approved 30-day return window

Opened batteries, propellers, or electronic components are non-returnable for safety reasons.

5. Software, Licenses & Subscriptions

All software licenses, activation codes, subscriptions, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

6. Services (Training, Consulting, Repair, Setup)

All service fees—including but not limited to:

  • Training sessions

  • Consulting

  • Drone setup, calibration, or configuration

  • Repair or maintenance services

are non-refundable once the service has been performed or scheduled.

Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.

8. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing products or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
